New SMP cluster Mandos

A new SMP cluster Mandos (mandos[1-14].ics.muni.cz, 14x64 CPU) was installed and made available in MetaCentrum.
Specification (configuration of each node):
* CPU: 4x AMD Opteron 6274 (64 CPU, 2.5GHz)
* memory: 256 GB
* disk: 870GB local scratch, 27TB shared scratch with other mandoses
* network: ethernet 1Gb/s, Infiniband 40Gb/s
* owner: CESNET
* location: Brno, ÚVT MU

User accounts of all Metacentrum users were created automatically,
there is no need to request them explicitly.
