New cluster Minos

A new cluster Minos (minos[1-49].zcu.cz) was installed and made available in MetaCentrum. More details at http://www.metacentrum.cz/en/resources/hardware.html

Specification (configuration of each node):
* CPU: 2x 6-cores(12-threads) Xeon E5645 2.40GHz
* memory: 24 GB
* disk: 2x 600 GB
* network: 1 Gbps Ethernet Infiniband
* owner: CESNET
* location: ZČU

User accounts of all Metacentrum users were created automatically, there is no need to request them explicitly. During the testing period the cluster will be accessible in the queues short, normal, and backfill.
