Rozšíření SMP clusteru centra CERIT-SC

Extension of the SMP cluster of CERIT-SC

I'm glad to announce you the second part of CERIT-SC SMP cluster (zewura[9-20].cerit-cz.cz) was extended with 12 new nodes. The new nodes are very similar to the older.

Specification (configuration of each node):
* 8 Intel Xeon E7-4860 processors (10 cores each, 2.26 GHz)
* 512 GB RAM
* 12x 900GB hard drives to store both temporary data (/scratch) and the operating system, configured in RAID-5, thus having 9.9 TB capacity
* owner CERIT-SC
* location Brno, ÚVT MU

User accounts of all Metacentrum users were created automatically, there is no need to request them explicitly. Specific steps required to run a job, information on mounted disk space, etc. can be found at http://www.cerit-sc.cz/en/docs/.
