Limit exceeding jobs will be automatically terminated

After having been sending warning e-mails on exceeding job memory and cpu usage limits, starting from the next week the limit exceeding jobs will be automatically killed by the batch system (@arien).

Details about the consumed resources can be found with the command qstat -f <job ID>
or in the PBSMon web application http://metavo.metacentrum.cz/en/state/personal.

Check whether your current jobs fit within their specified limits, please.
