New HW in MetaCentrum

I'm glad to announce you the MetaCentrum's computing capacity was extended with a new cluster exmag.fzu.cz (FzÚ AV ČR Praha), 640 CPUs, 32 nodes, each of them with the following specification:

• 2x 10-core Intel Xeon E5-2630 v4, 2.2GHz
• RAM: 128GB (8x 16GB DDR4 ECC, 2133MHz)
• disk: 2x 600GB HDD, SAS, 10krpm
• síť:  Infiniband QDR
• SPECfp2006 performance of each node: 659 (32,95 per core)

The cluster can be accessed via the conventional job submission through Torque batch system (arien.ics.muni.cz server) in the exmag and luna private queues and standard short queues. For complete list of available HW in MetaCentrum see http://metavo.metacentrum.cz/pbsmon2/hardware
