New setting - access to UV special machines

Dear users,

On Monday, June 18, 2018, the uv@wagap.cerit-sc.cz queue setting has been changed.

• Jobs continue to be queued at uv@wagap-pro.cerit-sc.cz, the jobs are assigned according to the required number of CPU cores and requested memory to two new queues (please note, it is not possible to send jobs directly to the 2 new queues).
• Large jobs (at least 144 CPU cores or at least 1 TB of memory) are preferred to smaller jobs.
• The maximum walltime remains 4 days (96 hours).

We believe that both special UV machines will now be better suited to handling large tasks for which they are primarily designed. Small jobs will be disadvantaged not to block these big jobs. For smaller jobs, other more suitable machines are available.
