NEW GPU machine in CERIT-SC

Dear users,

I'm glad to announce you the MetaCentrum's computing capacity was extended with a new GPU node white1.cerit-sc.cz (location Brno, owner CERIT-SC), with 24 CPU cores:

• CPU: 2x Intel Xeon Gold 6138 (2x 12 Core) 2.0 GHz
• RAM: 512 GB
• Disk: 2x SSD 1.8 TB
• SPECfp2006 performance of node:  806 (33,58 per core)
• Net: 1x Ethernet 10 Gbit/s
• GPU: 4x Tesla P100
• OS: Debian 9

The cluster can be accessed via the conventional job submission through PBS Pro batch system (@wagap-pro server) in 'gpu' queue and default short queues.

If you experience any problem with libraries or applications compatibility on Debian9, please, try to add module debian8-compat.
