NEW cluster in CERIT-SC

Dear users,

I'm glad to announce you the MetaCentrum's computing capacity was extended with a new cluster zenon.cerit-sc.cz (location Brno, owner CERIT-SC, 1920 CPUs) with 60 nodes and 32 CPU cores in each:

CPU: 2x AMD EPYC 7351 (2x 16 Core) 2.40 GHz
RAM: 512 GB
1x1.82 TiB SSD NVME
Výkon uzlu dle SPECfp2006: 1320 (41.25 na jádro)
Net: 1x InfiniBand 56 Gbit/s, 2x Ethernet 10 Gbit/s
OS: Debian 9

The cluster can be accessed via the conventional job submission through PBS Pro batch system (@wagap-pro server) in default queues.

If you experience any problem with libraries or applications compatibility on Debian9, please, try to add module debian8-compat.
