New Matrix communication channel for LLM services
We are launching Matrix as an additional, direct communication channel for all users of our LLM services.
While service updates will continue to be shared via email and web announcements, Matrix provides a faster, real-time platform to stay informed, ask questions, and engage directly with the LLM team and fellow users.
Whether you need real-time system updates or want to discuss workflows, we have set up dedicated channels:
- LLM - Status—Service updates, new releases, scheduled maintenance, and outage alerts.
- LLM - General—Community discussions, Q&A, and general feedback regarding LLM services.
How to Connect:
Matrix is available to anyone with an active MetaCentrum account.
- Web: Access the e-INFRA CZ Matrix server directly using the Element web client.
- Mobile: We recommend using the Element X app.
