Welcome to the MetaCentrum!
MetaCentrum provides powerful tools for computation and data processing, suitable for a wide range of users—from individual students and researchers to large-scale scientific teams.
Computing and storage resources are contributed to MetaCentrum by CESNET, CERIT-SC (Masaryk University), and other universities and institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Furthermore, these geographically distributed facilities are closely integrated with CESNET Data Storage services for long-term data storage, backup, and archiving.
Our mission is to support cutting-edge research through reliable, scalable, and high-performance computing services. We offer a unified environment for HPC clusters, cloud platforms, and AI tools.
If you wish to become a MetaCentrum user, please fill out the application form. Membership in MetaCentrum is free of charge for academic staff and students of CESNET association members.
Our operational centers include: Masarykova univerzita (Centrum CERIT-SC a ICS MUNI), UOCHB, Západočeská univerzita v Plzni (Fakulta aplikovaných věd), Jihočeská univerzita (Cluster PřF), Akademie věd (Fyzikální ústav a Ústav experimentální botaniky), FEL ČVUT, PřF UK, TUL, ELIXIR a CESNET z.s.p.o.
