Request tracking

RT system from Best Practical company as a representative of freely available "request tracking" systems is used in MetaCentrum for management of users requests.

RT system enables administrators to have transparent and intuitive administration of users requests and especially allows fast and efficient cooperation during solving of users requests. For the users RT system brings most importantly control of the fate of their request and sureness that their request will not be lost and will always end in a requested solution.

For sending a request to RT system, use contact mail address on the page "Contacts".

In near future we plan to allow acces to web user interface of the RT system for users who have their personal certificate.
