NEW cluster hildor available

Dear users,

I'm glad to announce you the MetaCentrum's computing capacity was extended with a new cluster hildor[1-28].metacentrum.cz (lokation České Budějovice, owner CESNET), 672 CPU, 28 nodes, each of them with the following specification:

• CPU: 2x 8-core Intel Xeon E5-2665 2.40GHz
• RAM: 64 GB
• disk: 2x 1TB
• SPECfp2006 performance of each node: 468 (29,25 per core)

The cluster can be accessed via the conventional job submission through Torque batch system (@arien-pro server) in standard queues. For complete list of available HW in MetaCentrum see http://metavo.metacentrum.cz/pbsmon2/hardware
